Click Share feedback or an idea. The form is the same, with What's your idea? (What would you like to see, and what would it help you do?). Ideas and suggestions go straight to the team — we read everything.

Follow a request

Click My requests. Each row shows the subject, <ref> · updated <when>, and a status. A dot before the subject means a new reply.

Click a row to open the thread. Messages come from You or from a named person at River Logic.

  • Reply: type in Write your reply… and click Send, or press Ctrl/⌘+Enter. Add up to 5 images per message with Attach images, or paste or drop them anywhere on the panel.
  • Close it: click This is resolved. The thread then reads This request is resolved. Need more help? Start a new request. with Start a new request.

A reply you didn't send is kept under Your unsent reply, with Discard. If the request was resolved before your reply arrived, you're told: Your reply wasn't sent — this request was resolved before it arrived.

The open thread refreshes every 30 seconds.

Know when River Logic replied

eode checks for replies every 5 minutes, and whenever you come back to the window. A new reply shows as:

  • a dot on your profile chip,
  • <n> new beside Help & support in the menu,
  • a dot on My requests, and on the request itself.

Take the beta survey

Open the profile menu and click Beta survey. Beta feedback asks seven questions, about two minutes, every one optional:

  1. How satisfied you are, 1 to 5.
  2. What you mainly used it for.
  3. How often you used each of seven features, from Didn't locate feature to Used multiple times per week.
  4. What was confusing, annoying or broken.
  5. What you think of the design.
  6. How likely you are to recommend it, 0 to 10.
  7. Anything else to build or fix next.

The footer counts <n> of 7 answered. Click Submit: Thanks — your answers went straight to the team. If it fails, your answers are preserved, try again.

Org admins also get a Responses (admin) tab with everyone's answers.
