Where your models and data live, what stays in your browser, and how sign-in and organizations work.
Where it lives
eode.app runs in Microsoft Azure's North Europe region (Ireland). Your models, datasets, scenarios, conversations and account are stored in a managed database and Azure storage in that region.

RIA's language model runs at an AI provider under contract to River Logic. What RIA reads to answer you (your message and what's on your screen) is sent for that turn.
Who can see it
- A new model or dataset is PERSONAL: only you, and anyone you give access with Permissions.
- Promote makes it ORGANIZATIONAL: visible to your organization.
- Organization admins can manage every model in the organization.

Signing in
eode has no password screen of its own. Sign in takes you to a hosted sign-in page, which offers the methods your organization uses, such as company single sign-on. Access is by invitation: an invitation is valid for 7 days.
You stay signed in on that browser; the session renews itself. When an admin removes you from an organization, your session ends at once, on every browser: eode refuses it and signs you out. Sign out ends it at once too.
Fair use
Each person can make up to 30 requests a minute, counted separately for messages to RIA, solves and AI model-building. Past that, eode asks you to wait a moment. See Limits.
